It is easy to find as it is located on the same road leading to the Richfond Combined School.

If you are in the Richfond basin and have a sweet tooth, desire to indulge in a meal or enjoy a cool drink, then this is the place to stop.

Founder

Verlette Hamilton was born and raised in Richfond.

After spending five years working in the cruise industry, she returned to her homeland- Saint Lucia.

She began working as a chef for an establishment but was forced to open her own business faster after facing bad experiences whilst on the job.

She always thought she could have her own business; hence, she started Eats and Treats.

Verlette’s favorite snack is chocolate cake but she loves fried chicken and chow mein.

She loves to infuse ingredients that are not normally available to make food taste better.

Aiming high

Deciding to become a sole proprietor can be exciting yet terrifying.

Great risks are involved with opening a business but that did not deter Verlette.

Verlette loves being her own boss and thinks that there is a boss in everyone and that everyone got their own style.

Verlette explained that “it is a great thing to learn to build yourself but you must be focused and disciplined.”
